1. About Our Directory & Content Ownership FanBrowse is an independent directory that showcases publicly available profiles from various fan platforms. We do not host any copyrighted media (photos, videos, etc.) on our servers. Our purpose is to act as a discovery tool, helping fans find and connect with creators based on publicly sourced information. We respect the intellectual property rights of all creators and take copyright infringement claims very seriously.

2. DMCA Takedown Notice In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), we will promptly respond to all valid claims of intellectual property infringement. If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on FanBrowse in a way that constitutes infringement, you may submit a formal DMCA takedown notice.

To submit a formal DMCA Takedown Notice, please email legal(at)fanbrowse.com and include all of the following details:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work: A detailed description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material: The exact URL or link on FanBrowse that you claim is infringing on your copyright.
  • Your contact information: Your full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  • Statement of “Good Faith Belief”: “I have a good faith belief that the use of the copyrighted material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.”
  • Statement of Accuracy & Perjury: “I hereby state that the information in this notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that I am the owner, or authorized to act on behalf of the owner, of the copyright or of an exclusive right under the copyright that is allegedly infringed.”
  • Your Electronic or Physical Signature: Your full legal name serves as your electronic signature.

3. Request to Remove a Creator Profile (Opt-Out) Creators who do not wish to be listed on our directory can request profile removal. This process is handled separately from formal DMCA notices. To opt out, please send an email to legal(at)fanbrowse.com and include the link to your profile on FanBrowse along with proof of account ownership.
